photography shaped by
connection

My work centers on connection.

Seeing joy as it exists between partners, parents and children, friends, colleagues and communities. In a fast-moving digital age, I remain committed to capturing what is real.

I blend thoughtful direction with an editorial and documentary sensibility, always with the same goal; imagery that is flattering and intentional, yet feels honest, natural and timeless.

FAQs

1

What is your photography style?

+

My work blends an artistic eye with a documentary sensibility. I offer thoughtful direction when needed, while also leaving space for natural movement and genuine emotion. The result is imagery that feels compositional, classic, and clear — yet entirely real.

2

Where are you based and where do you work?

+

I’m based in the Somerset Hills of New Jersey and regularly photograph clients in Bedminster, Bernardsville, Peapack-Gladstone, Far Hills, and Basking Ridge. I also work throughout New Jersey, New York City, and Westchester County, as well as select locations globally for weddings, portraits, schools, and corporate events. If your celebration happens to be in Italy, I’m happy to pack a bag.

3

Do you offer film photography?

+

Yes. Film photography is available as an optional add-on for weddings and select portrait sessions. For clients drawn to its depth, softness, and timeless character, film brings a distinctive texture and presence to the final collection.

4

What should we wear?

+

Solid colors tend to photograph best, and I generally recommend avoiding busy patterns, super bright tones, or prominent brand logos. Please browse my portfolio for inspiration, and if you’d like a second opinion, I’m always happy to take a look at what you’re considering.

Family Portrait Session:
Every family is different. Some love a coordinated or classic matching look, while others prefer to let the kids choose and keep things relaxed and expressive. There’s no single formula — what matters most is that you feel comfortable and confident.

Business Portrait Session:
Choose clothing that reflects your professional role and feels authentic to you. Whether your environment is corporate, creative, or entrepreneurial, the goal is to look polished and comfortable — confident, but not overly styled.

5

How many images will we receive?

+

Every session is carefully edited and curated. The final number depends on the type and length of your session or event, but you can expect a thoughtful collection that reflects the full story.

That said, my average delivery is approximately 1,000 images for a wedding, 800 for a mitzvah, 100 for a family portrait session, and 2–5 fully retouched final images for an individual portrait.

6

Do you help with albums and wall art?

+

Absolutely. Your photographs are meant to be lived with. I offer heirloom-quality albums, custom wall art, and keepsakes. I personally guide clients through the design and selection process to ensure the final pieces feel intentional and lasting.

7

What is the booking process?

+

Booking is simple. Once we confirm availability, you’ll receive a contract and deposit invoice, if applicable. Your date is secured once both are completed. From there, I guide you through every step leading up to your session or event.

8

Do you offer video coverage?

+

I focus exclusively on photography. While I don’t provide video services directly, I regularly collaborate with and recommend exceptional videographers. I’m happy to connect you.
